2.Sales policy.

If you are already a registered customer, you can start buying by selecting the item, the quantity and, if applicable, the size and color of the border / embroidery by adding the product in «Add to cart».

The payment of the purchased items will be made by credit card, and once confirmed you will receive an email containing all the information about your purchase.

3.Changes and returns.

 If the item received is not of your satisfaction you have 7 days from the date of receipt to return it, as long as the product has not been used and it is returned with its labels and original packaging.

Special purchases that have been ordered specifically and those that are personalized with an embroidery will not be entitled to change.

Expenses derived from the return or exchange of an item are charged to the customer, except for items that have been sent incorrectly.

No refunds will be accepted to postage due. The following should be done for the return of the article:

– Communicate previously through the e-mail address: terry@terrytowel.biz the reason for the return and all the details of the order.

– Send the product by registered postal mail with acknowledgment of receipt, attaching a copy of the invoice.

Once the return is received, the condition of the product will be verified and if it matches the requirements of «Good condition» we will proceed to make the change / refund of its amount.

4.Warranty.

The articles displayed on the website comply with the requirements of quality and guarantee in accordance with the Law / 23/2003, of July 10 and have a 2-year guarantee with the right to one of the following options:

– Return of the amount paid, repair of the item and / or exchange for another product of the same or similar nature.

This warranty is only applicable in the case of manufacturing defect and in no case applicable to damage caused by misuse or normal wear of the item.

The client must inform TERRYTOWEL, S.L. the reason for your claim upon receipt of the article and in any case within a maximum period of 7 days from receipt. The return costs will be at the customer’s expense.

The transport of items purchased in our store shop.terrytowel.biz will be effectuated through the GLS courier company with URGENT 24 HOUR service, and will be delivered within 24 hours in the Peninsula and Andorra, after having made the payment of the order.

For the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and Portugal, the delivery is to be made between 48H / 72h. In the case of shipments to Europe, the approximate delivery time will be 3-5 days.

For items with embroidery customization, the delivery time will be increased by 48 hours with respect to the delivery time specified above.

7. Shipping costs. 

For the Peninsula and Portugal: For orders over Eur.70, – postage is paid. For orders between Eur.70, – and Eur.50, – a fixed amount of Eur.8.00 will be charged.For orders less than Eur.50, – a fixed amount of Eur.6.00 will be charged. 

For the Balearic Islands: For orders over Eur.100, – the postage is paid. For orders less than Eur.100, – a fixed amount of Eur.15.00 will be charged. 

For the Canarian Archipelago: For orders over Eur.200, – the postage is paid. For orders below Eur.200, – a fixed amount of Eur.20 will be charged.All orders will be charged a fixed amount of Eur.24.00, – corresponding to customs clearance and corresponding taxes.

 For Ceuta, Melilla: For orders over Eur.200, – the postage is paid. For orders below Eur.200, – a fixed amount of Eur.30.- will be charged.In all orders a fixed amount of Eur.28.00 will be charged, – corresponding to customs clearance and corresponding taxes. 

For Andorra: For orders over Eur.70, – postage is paid. For orders less than Eur.70, – a fixed amount of Eur.8.00 will be charged, -All orders will be charged a fixed amount of Eur.27.00, – corresponding to customs clearance and corresponding taxes. 

For the U.E: For orders over €200, shipping is free. For orders up to €50, a flat rate of €12.00 will be charged. For orders between €51 and €121, a flat rate of €20.00 will be charged. For orders between €122 and €200, a flat rate of €30.00 will be charged.
